We wish to inform you that Mr. Parag Jagdale, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company has tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (KMP) of the Company vide his letter dated 26th March 2024 and will be relieved from the service of the Company with effect from close of a business hour on 25th May 2024.
